Empowering Future Leaders

The Dana and Carmine Catalana Center for Women in Leadership is more than just a new space - it is a bold investment in the future of OLMA students. Designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth, this space supports our mission to empower young women as confident, capable leaders.

Currently under construction, the Center will serve as a hub for student leadership development, offering flexible areas for workshops, conferences, mentoring sessions, assemblies, and more. It will expand the way students learn, lead, and connect, both with one another and with the broader community.

We are deeply grateful to Rose Davis, Dana Kazan Catalana ‘78, P’04, P’12, Carmine Catalana ‘76 (St. Augustine Prep), and Karl Auwarter P’19 for their extraordinary generosity and vision in making this transformative project a reality.
