The Leader Within Her Workshop
This year’s workshop empowers OLMA students to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and embrace their individual strengths. Through mentorship and hands-on learning, participants will develop essential abilities in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving while fostering a spirit of sisterhood and servant leadership within the school community.
Students will be given the opportunity to participate in activities that will focus on the following:
• Bravery
• Communication
• Growth Mindset
• Creative Leadership Lab
• Service Leadership Challenge
Competencies: Self-Awareness, Empowerment, Inclusion, Resilience, Voice, Empathy, Confidence
