The Student Leadership Council is a cornerstone of OLMA’s commitment to student-led leadership.

Made up of elected student leaders and Class Representatives, the Council provides a platform for student voice, collaboration, and involvement in shaping school life. Council members work closely with faculty and administration to plan events, build community, and represent their peers, developing real-world skills in communication, decision-making, and teamwork along the way. They also play a key role in organizing and executing middle school and high school leadership workshops, women’s panels, and guest speaker events that inspire and empower the entire OLMA community.

“At OLMA, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about fitting in. It’s about standing out with purpose. Being true to who I am is what God has called me to do. As I move forward, I’ll lead with confidence, knowing that being myself is enough.”
