At OLMA, we believe that every student has the potential to be a leader, and we are dedicated to helping each one discover their unique path to leadership.
In our all-girls environment, students are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and build the confidence needed to pursue their passions. We understand that leadership looks different for everyone, and we are committed to providing opportunities for each student to grow, thrive, and make an impact in her own way. Meet Cassidy and Summer, two students who have each found their voice and leadership style through their experiences here.
Meet Cassidy ‘25
When Cassidy first arrived at OLMA, she was shy, anxious, and rarely spoke up. But during her time here, she has embarked on a transformative journey, discovering her inner leader and stepping confidently into her own power. In OLMA’s supportive, all-girls community, Cassidy found the encouragement and freedom to express herself in ways she hadn’t before.
Cassidy took the initiative to create a Mini-Mester offering called Hidden Gems of South Jersey, which attracted over 30 students eager to explore the special places in their community. Building on this success, she organized a Senior Sunrise event in September, complete with a coffee truck, bringing her classmates together for a memorable morning of connection and camaraderie.
As a co-leader in the service-oriented iBlock course Hands to Work!, Cassidy continues to inspire her peers to engage in meaningful community service. Most recently, she made an impact by inviting the Franklin Township Police Department to a Monday Coffee & Donuts event, showing gratitude and strengthening community bonds. Cassidy’s journey from quiet observer to inspiring leader has left a lasting mark on OLMA, and her influence will resonate here for years to come.
Meet Summer ‘25
When Summer walks into a room, she radiates confidence, positivity, kindness, and compassion. She quickly made her mark at OLMA by starting a new Mini-Mester campout tradition. In 2021, she arrived on campus at 3 AM to secure a spot on the Italy Mini-Mester, and her early-morning enthusiasm has since become a cherished tradition!
With a vision for an OLMA Newscast, Summer took the initiative to meet with a production company, learn the process, and build a team of 25 students who are now collaborating on biweekly productions. Her creativity and leadership have inspired a new form of student expression.
As a member of the Leadership Council, Summer also represented the school as a student speaker at Open House and leads workshops for middle school students, embodying OLMA’s values in everything she does. In an environment where young women are empowered to speak up and lead, Summer’s talents and vision have flourished.
Cassidy and Summer’s stories are a testament to the transformative power of OLMA’s
all-girls environment, where each student is encouraged to find and cultivate her inner leader.
By fostering confidence, resilience, and individuality, we give every student the tools and support she needs grow, and we are so proud to see them use their unique strengths to make a difference in our community and beyond.
As we celebrate our students’ achievements and look ahead to new opportunities, I ask you to consider a donation toward our 2024-2025 OLMA Annual Fund. While tuition helps maintain our school on a daily basis, it’s the OLMA Fund that provides essential resources to elevate our students’ experiences.

Thanks to a generous lead gift from two families, we are excited to offer a matching gift opportunity of $30,000. Here’s how it works:
Every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to a total of $30,000. This means your gift will go twice as far in supporting our mission! For example, if you donate $250, it will be matched with an additional $250, creating a $500 impact. A $500 gift becomes $1,000, and so on.
With this matching gift, we have the potential to raise $60,000 or more, which will allow us to provide even more resources and opportunities for our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to maximize the impact of your generosity. Every dollar counts, and with your support, we can achieve so much more together!
What can my giving look like?
The most impactful gifts are unrestricted funds that can go where OLMA has the greatest need. In addition to operational and tuition costs, we are looking to purchase furniture for our upcoming Leadership Center and supplies for our iBlock classes.
