Mentoring Program

At Our Lady of Mercy Academy, our desire is to foster and strengthen student leadership. Through a mentor program, senior mentors are paired with new students to help them make a smooth transition into high school. Studies have shown that peer-to-peer mentorship can foster strong leadership and communication skills for mentors and offers academic, social and emotional support for new students.
