When you let your light for Christ shine you are impacting the world in the way Jesus called us to do.
Join us as we discuss faith, lead the Rosary, participate in outreach ministry, identify and meet the spiritual needs of others within our OLMA community and pray for each other and our world. Shine will encourage you to grow in your love for the Lord and share that love with others. Set your soul and heart on fire for Christ and become a sister who shines for others.
Focused on faith, mercy and a background into the Daughters of Divine Mercy. Through this retreat we will emphasize the schools mission and what it means to be an OLMA sister on a deeper “faith” level. Helping students discern the role faith plays in our journey at OLMA. This retreat also unites the class through shared experience and goals.
"Living the Gospel"
This retreat day allows students to focus on living the Gospel values and helping them to learn to relate them to their own lives. This retreat compliments and loops the Sophomore Religious Studies/Theology curriculum.
"Putting the Gospel Values into Action"
Through outreach/community service students will deepen their gospel values by putting them into action in the community.
"Kairos, Time with God"
