Greetings from The Academy!

We have some exciting news to share.  Today, we announced the addition of Matt Lenguadoro as OLMA’s new Athletic Director. Mr. Lenguadoro will be charged with managing and advancing our school’s rapidly growing athletics program, which currently consists of 12 competitive sports.

“Our athletics program is at a pivotal point as we build the school’s enrollment,” said Brooke Coyle, Head of School. “Mr. Lenguadoro’s more than 30 years of experience as a coach, teacher and administrator makes him the perfect choice for leading OLMA’s athletics program into a new era of excellence.  We are thrilled to have him as part of our team and look forward to great things ahead.”

Most recently, Mr. Lenguadoro served as the Health and Physical Education Department Chairperson & Athletic Site Manager at Hammonton High School.

In addition to his work at Hammonton, he has coached football, baseball, softball, and wrestling for various middle and high schools throughout South Jersey including:  St. Augustine Prep, Delran High School, Cherry Hill East High School, Bensalem High School, and Queen of Heaven Middle School.

“I couldn’t be more excited to become part of The Academy,” said Lenguadoro.  “I’ve coached girls for many years and find them to be extremely dedicated and willing to work hard to be their best and to contribute to the larger team.  OLMA’s athletics program offers many opportunities for its students to grow athletically, as well as develop valuable teamwork and leadership skills.  I look forward to being part of that.”

Mr. Lenguadoro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northwest Missouri State University and earned a Master of Science degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. He currently lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Please join us in giving Mr. Lenguadoro a warm OLMA welcome!
